Ivan Vislavskiy is the co-founder and CEO of the award-winning agency, Comrade Digital Marketing. For more than 18 years, he has helped contractors, plumbers, roofers, and home services businesses double, triple, and even quadruple their revenue in highly competitive markets.
Under Ivan’s leadership, Comrade has built a stellar reputation as a strictly ROI-focused agency. His philosophy is simple: “Any marketing that doesn’t pay for itself is a liability, not an investment.”
Today, Ivan leads a team of nearly 100 experts across Chicago, Miami, and Austin, united by one mission: ensuring clients see sizeable returns on every dollar spent.

The Story
Grow With a Fully-Stacked Marketing Team
With a degree in computer science, Ivan has always been drawn to technology and how systems work. At 16, he built his first website for a local business and quickly realized this was what he wanted to do for a living.
Together with his friend Stan, he started a small web studio focused on one thing: high-quality work. Eventually, word of mouth spread and clients began referring other clients. With incredible dedication and resilience, they achieved the American Dream, growing Comrade into a thriving, 7-figure business.
Over the years, Comrade has worked on 300+ successful projects and has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list three times – driven by long-term client relationships, not short-term wins.
From Doing to Leading
As the company grew, Ivan’s role evolved. He went from doing everything himself to managing people to leading teams.
Today, his focus looks very different. Ivan spends his time coaching and mentoring over 100 team members across three U.S. offices. He works on strategy: how to deliver better results for clients, help them scale, and solve the problems that actually keep business owners up at night.
Ivan is also focused on how AI and automation can remove waste from marketing – improving lead quality, accelerating insights, and helping teams make better decisions faster. At Comrade, technology supports people, not the other way around.
We’ve built proprietary tools like our Client Growth Portal to offer full visibility into leads, revenue, and ROI — along with our Revenue Engine, refined across 300+ successful campaigns to deliver an 820%+ return on investment.
